In this new cluster training course, you will learn the basics of lifetime and reliability analysis for electronic systems – for both system design and verification by simulation and testing. In group exercises, you will perform tests and evaluate the results. This will provide you with the knowledge of how to correctly perform the statistical procedures and common test strategies. You will actively experience, question and apply these new skills / your new knowledge. The procedure is based on the intended stress profile, test planning, fault physics, as well as statistical description and modeling.

The lectures and discussions will be held in German.
