Quality control charts

Display measured values over time and calculate the upper and lower tolerance limits based on the deviation of the measured values. The distance to the limits or the position between the specification limits serves as a measure for calculating quality indicators such as the Cp or Cpk value. Quality control charts are ideal for monitoring soldering or sintering processes. Leaks in ovens can be detected by drifts in pressure, for example, and incorrect temperature measurements can be identified by outliers.
