Describes a simple but effective test for testing semiconductor connections or joints. The assembly – consisting of two joining partners such as a semiconductor and substrate – is bent over a mandrel or roller. If the joint detaches, the strength is insufficient. However, if both joining partners bend evenly, the joint is OK.
